Inna B Projects’ merchandise is all handcrafted by Inna B and her staff in Queens, New York. All purchases are for the personal or gift use of the buyer only, and are not to be used for re-sale, commercial purposes or any other commercial benefit.

ITEM AVAILABILITY:

Inna B Projects offers items for sale that are in stock unless noted ‘SOLD OUT’. We strive to keep the website inventory up-to-date, but availability of merchandise is not guaranteed. Notification via e-mail will be sent if the item(s) ordered are out of stock.

PRICING:

All transactions will be in United States Dollars and we offer FREE United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class, or customer-paid USPS Priority Mail with a tracking number for deliveries within the United States.
For international customers, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your credit card company processes the transaction. Prices do not include VAT (Value Added Tax for Europe) or any local taxes, customs or duties that may be charged by local authorities at the point of entry. Any of these additional costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check our international shipping rates prior to placing your order.

TAXES:

Inna B Projects collects sales tax for all sales to New-York State residents (8.875%). All US orders made at this website for shipping outside of New York State are tax-exempt. International shipments may be subject to duties, customs, taxes or freight charges of recipient’s country which are the responsibility of the purchaser.

PAYMENT METHOD:

Inna B Projects accepts credit cards through PayPal payment method only. You are not required to have a PayPal account to pay via credit card online. Inna B Projects may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. Inna B Projects will not be liable to you or any third party due to our (i) withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether or not that merchandise has been sold; (ii) removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Site; (iii) refusing to process a transaction; and/or (iv) unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

ORDER CONFIRMATION:

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Your order will be registered and considered confirmed once your payment has been approved by your financial institution. An order confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail. In addition, a shipment confirmation and the tracking number will be e-mailed to you once your order has been shipped.

Inna B Projects offers product shipping to countries around the world. The merchandise is shipped from our studio in Queens, New York within two-to-four (2-4) business days of being processed pending payment approval, address confirmation, and item availability. It is the customer’s responsibility make sure that the address is accurate and please give the full address without abbreviations. We do not ship items to Post Office Box addresses. Once an order has left the Paz Inna B Projects studio, it is in the custody of USPS and your local postal service. Inna B Projects is not liable for any errors made by these services. We are unable to cancel or redirect deliveries once they have been dispatched.

Delivery times are provided as a guide only and may vary due to local conditions. They do not include delays caused by local customs’ formalities and local holidays. Please allow extra processing time for international orders. Weekends and US holidays are not included in shipping times. Orders shipped outside of the US may be subject to additional charges that vary widely from country to country and we cannot estimate. Inna B Projects is not responsible for paying any local customs, duties, taxes or freight charges that may be applied. Please contact your local customs office for further information or to see if your package is being held locally. Additionally, we are not responsible for shipments in the unlikely event that the packaging is lost or damaged in transit.

Your order will be delicately wrapped and well packaged in an envelope or sturdy box and/or shipped in a bubble mailer.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

Inna B Projects hopes that you are completely in love with your purchase. All pieces are individually handcrafted at our studio in Queens, NY. Slight variations add to the unique beauty and personality of each piece. We also make efforts to display accurately the colors of our products when they appear on the website. However, colors also depend on your computer monitor/screen and we cannot completely guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color is accurate.

If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, we will be glad to exchange any item or to issue a store credit (via email) for another item of equal or greater value within fourteen (14) days of the date of delivery of your order, and following our receipt of your returned item in original condition. You may redeem your store credit up to ninety (90) days from the day of your original purchase online ONLY at Inna B Projects website. If the new item has a greater value of the original one you can pay the difference through PayPal. Please note that no credit to credit cards will be possible. Please note that we do not accept exchanges for international orders, charity items or customized items. All Sales are Final after fourteen (14) days following receipt.

Please e-mail us, and get approved instructions, before returning your piece. Provide your contact information and include the reason for the return as well as the order number and what you would like to exchange it for. As stated above, the item must be in its original unused condition and in its original undamaged packaging. Please ship your piece securely and in its original package. We strongly recommend you to add a tracking number to your return. The item remains your responsibility until it is received by us in its original condition. Shipping charges and shipping costs for returns and exchanges, as well as any taxes and duties, are non-refundable.

If the product has a manufacturer’s defect, you must advise us within fourteen (14) days of the arrival date and we will repair or replace it at no cost. In such event, please send us a picture for our evaluation, if possible. Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipping, it is the buyer’s responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. After that fourteen (14) day period, we will not accept returns due to defects in the piece or for any other reason. Inna B Projects is not able to cancel orders once they have been placed and processed.

QUALITY CARE OF ITEMS:

Each piece of our merchandise is handcrafted and made with quality materials and, while delicate, they are not fragile. Treat our items with the same care you would treat any delicate clothing piece and you will enjoy it for a long time. The leather pieces should never touch water and if you need additional assistance or advice please contact us.
